On the occasion of the Black Friday sales, I took advantage of the 25% off offered by Cult Beauty and placed an order for the following products:
Laura Mercier Hand Cream Quartet: a set of four hand creams (30 ml each), it contains the scents “Ambre Vanille”, “Fresh Fig”, “Almond Coconut”, “Crème Brûlée”. The set comes in a very pretty gift box, perfect for Christmas. And this is exactly why I bought the set. I had already bought it recently for myself, and I love it so much that I got another one to give as Christmas present.
Charlotte Tilbury Magic Vanish: a creamy color corrector. It is housed in a very cute compact, very travel friendly. I’ve wanted to try this product for a long time and so I just grabbed it for the Black Friday sales. I chose the shade “Fair”.
It is an emollient but thin texture which corrects just enough so that I can get away with no additional layer of under-eye concealer, especially for those days when I want a very light put together look.
The Magic Vanish is very friendly to my dry under-eye skin. As you can see from the swatch above, Fair is a slightly salmony and brightening (no shimmer whatsoever) tint.
Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette – The Rock Chick: an eyeshadow quad that features four shades of grey (dove grey, charcoal, smoke, pearlescent pewter).
