I recently placed an order on Feelunique and as part of it was the Viseart Petits Fours Lilas eye palette. It is not new, but I debated for some time before I purchased it as I had read and watched mixed reviews. When I saw the palette was on sale, I decide to get it.
It is a tiny eyeshadow quad but I adore the format. It doesn’t take much space, and contains enough shades to achieve different eye looks. With a mix of matte and shimmer shades, you can either go for a full-on matte or a combination or matte and shimmer shades. Of course, the color story is cool tone lilac-mauve, but I find it very versatile in terms of finishes and effects you can get out of it.
The shades are described by the brand as follows:
- Top left: Fondant – Iced silver rose with a shimmer finish
- Top right: Lilas – Light muted mauve with a matte finish
- Bottom right: Tiramisu – Light cool taupe with a matte finish
- Bottom left: Argentée – Silver with a shimmer finish
I fully agree with the description of the shades by the brand.
The matte shades are buttery smooth and colors true to pan. They are very easy to blend.
The shimmer shades have little fallout and can be used dry for a light silvery shimmer, or wet for a more pigmented and impactful effect.
Overall, the quality of the palette is very good, very easy to work with.
The Viseart Petits Fours palette retails for around euros 19-24, depending on the merchant.
It’s been in and out of stock on Feelunique but is also available on Beauty Bay. It is also still available on the Viseart U.S. website.
